Cookie policy
Updated: 2 October 2026 · 2026-10-02.2
This page describes the hosting technical cookie, local preference storage and the optional map. The website code does not install advertising or profiling cookies.
Hosting, technical cookie and statistics
The website is hosted on OVHcloud Web Hosting at the Gravelines data centre in France. Technical copies of the files may also be replicated in Roubaix, France. Pages, images and scripts are served by this infrastructure; the website has no message database or form-submission system.
The OVHcloud infrastructure may set the technical SERVERID (SERVER ID) cookie to keep requests on the same server during a session. According to the provider’s documentation, it lasts less than 24 hours and is necessary for the hosting service to work. The website does not use it for advertising.
OVHcloud provides technical statistics calculated from server logs after anonymisation and aggregation. They do not require an analytics script in the pages. Reports are available for up to 40 months; this period concerns statistical reports, not the retention of raw logs.
Local preference storage
Local storage uses the keys unwined.privacy.v1 and unwined.privacy.v1.events. It records the notice version, date, expiry and map choice. This is first-party technical data without advertising identifiers.
Preferences and the latest 20 choice records stay on your device and expire after six calendar months. They are not sent to the controller and do not form a central consent register.
You can clear this storage in your browser settings; your next visit will ask for a new choice. Expiry is checked when you return to the website.
Optional OpenStreetMap map
The map requests images from tile.openstreetmap.org only after your consent. The service receives your IP address and the technical data needed for the request. We do not ask for your GPS location or use advertising cookies for the map. You may decline and still use the location cards and directions links.
Manage and withdraw choices
“Privacy preferences” is always available in the footer: you can decline or enable the map, change your choice and download local records. Withdrawal removes open maps and blocks new requests; it does not erase requests already received by the provider. Scrolling and browsing do not count as consent. The hosting technical cookie is not controlled by the map preference.

Managing and demonstrating privacy choices
Browser storage remembers your choice, version, date and expiry for six calendar months. It also keeps the technical data needed to associate your choice with its server record. You can view or download local choices from the privacy panel; these device records do not replace the controller’s register.
The map is enabled after a positive choice and confirmation that the website has recorded it. If recording fails, the map stays disabled; text addresses and ordinary directions links remain available.
Withdrawal immediately disables maps and stops new requests to the external service, even if the register is temporarily unavailable. It does not erase requests already received by the provider.
OpenStreetMap map images are served through a global server network. Request data may therefore be processed outside the European Economic Area, as described in the provider’s privacy policy. This map remains optional, and you can use the written addresses without enabling it.
