Fabrizio Borgogno and Stefano Carbone bring their friendship and Langhe restaurant experience to hand-tended Nebbiolo in Verduno.
THE GROWER
Friends Fabrizio Borgogno and Stefano Carbone share a close connection with the Langhe wine community through More & Macine, their restaurant in La Morra. Their decision to make wine together grew naturally from those relationships and from Fabrizio’s family vineyards, which have been cultivated for generations.
Their Langhe Nebbiolo comes from a vineyard in Verduno with vines around 30 years old. Fabrizio, Stefano and their families manage the project themselves, carrying out all vineyard work by hand. The wine is presented in the portfolio through its lively red-fruit character, bringing the pair’s convivial approach from the restaurant table into the vineyard and cellar.
