THE GROWER

Dennis Wolf represents the sixth generation of his family to make wine. He now leads an estate with 14 hectares of vineyards. The portfolio describes calcareous soils beneath mineral-rich loess, contributing to the character of the fruit.

The winery has followed biodynamic practices since 2018 and has held Demeter certification since 2021. Alongside the family’s work in Germany, Dennis has recently begun a collaboration in Italy’s Monferrato area. This new project extends his activity across the two countries while keeping the family’s vineyard experience and biodynamic approach at the heart of his work.
