Agnès Paquet

THE GROWER

Agnès Paquet established her estate in 2000 around a plot her parents had acquired in the 1950s and subsequently leased to other growers. Based in Meloisey, the estate now extends across 13 hectares in the Côte de Beaune and Hautes Côtes de Beaune.

Careful manual work is central to the vineyards, and every grape is harvested by hand. After years of experimenting with organic growing, the estate began the Ecocert certification process in 2019. In the cellar, indigenous yeasts carry out fermentation and additions are kept to a strict minimum, allowing the character of each site to emerge.
