Founded by Pierre-Alexandre Soltana and Alexandre Aires, Maison A&S works with Pinot Noir, Chardonnay and Aligoté through hand harvesting and restrained cellar work.
THE GROWER
Maison A&S was founded in 2018 by two friends, Pierre-Alexandre Soltana and Alexandre Aires. Based in Nantoux in the Hautes Côtes de Beaune, the small Burgundy project draws on experience gained at estates including Domaine des Comtes Lafon.
Pinot Noir, Chardonnay and Aligoté form the focus of its artisanal production. Hand harvesting and careful, sustainable farming underpin a low-intervention approach in the cellar. Their work connects traditional Burgundian techniques with a contemporary outlook, keeping close attention to the grapes and to the individual character of the wines.
