THE GROWER
Based in Burgundy’s Côte d’Or, Maison Ex Nihilo takes its name from the Latin expression meaning “from nothing”. The project brings a creative outlook to winemaking while remaining attentive to the traditions of its region.
Its approach centres on sustainable practices, respect for terroir and artisanal care from the vineyard through to vinification. Keeping intervention limited gives the grapes room to express their own character. The portfolio presents a producer interested in the meeting of tradition and experimentation, with authenticity and the individuality of each wine guiding the work.
