At Calvez Bobinet in Saumur, Sébastien and Émeline work as a complementary partnership: he focuses on the vineyards, while she leads the vinification. Sébastien comes from a long line of winegrowers, bringing that inheritance into a shared approach shaped by the living environment.

Their work seeks balance between grape varieties, soils, climate and biodiversity. The soil is worked mechanically and the harvest is gathered by hand. In the cellar, Émeline continues the same attention to the fruit and its origins. Together they aim to make lively, sincere wines that express the mosaic of local terroirs and retain an inviting, convivial character.
