Agnès Paquet created her estate in 2000 from a plot acquired by her parents in the 1950s and then rented out. The vineyard extends over 13 ha on the Côte de Beaune and the Hautes Côtes de Beaune. Very attentive to respecting our terroir, they are implementing a vine culture that we describe as relatively classic. After years of trial and error in organic farming, they decided to take the plunge in 2019 and enter into Ecocert certification. Manual work in the vineyards is essential. The harvest is done all by hand. They let the native yeasts do their work and have reduced the inputs to the strict minimum.
