This adventure began in the 2000s, when the Chardonnay and Pinot Noir vineyards were replanted. Fabrizio was among the pioneers in introducing the classic method of sparkling wine production in this area, inaugurating it in 2009. Before presenting their wines to the public, the company lets its wines rest in the cellar for several years, thus ensuring optimal evolution and maturation. Today, I Nadre manages approximately 2.5 hectares of vineyards located on the slopes of the majestic Concarena, producing a total of almost 5,000 bottles. Their wines are a true expression of the territory, characterized by a natural approach to viticulture and winemaking.
