Stefano Menti represents the 4th generation of winemakers of the Menti family. The origin of the winery comes from the very end of the 19th century when Giovanni Menti used to grow Garganega grape, vegetables and legumes for his family sustenance. In 2002 Stefano came close to the biodynamic approach and later on, in 2004, he started the organic conversion of all his vineyards. In 2010 he concretely introduced and adopted biodynamic principles on his entire agronomic system. The Menti wine production moves around Garganega grape variety made in different

styles (dry/sweet, still/sparkling); surely each bottle is a real and pure expression of territory, tradition and passion.
