Pascal Jolivet works across Sancerre and Pouilly-Fumé, with additional vineyards in Touraine dedicated to the Attitude range. Sauvignon Blanc lies at the heart of the estate’s identity, approached through close attention to the character of each terroir.

In the cellar, extended fermentation and ageing on the lees are central to the style. Contact with the lees contributes to the wines’ texture, structure and complexity, while the work remains focused on clarity of expression. The result is a portfolio connecting different Loire Valley origins through a consistent interest in the grape variety and the places where it grows.
