OUR WINERY
VIGNE SAN LORENZO
ITALY, EMILIA ROMAGNA
In 1998, Filippo Manetti purchased a small village of medieval origin called Campiume, located in Fognano di Brisighella on the first foothills of the Tuscan-Emilian Apennines. The complex is completely surrounded by vineyards and olive trees and produces around 10 thousand bottles every year. In fact, Filippo passionately follows every phase of the production himself, from the winter pruning of the vines, to the winemaking and finally to the bottling. His approach maintains full respect for tradition and is oriented towards a very limited use of technology both in the vineyard and in the cellar. Its first vintage was 2000 and since 2006 its wines have reached the finals of guides such as Il Gambero Rosso. They are lively and vital wines, lively and intensely coloured, with different flavors from wines obtained with traditional methods.
