Champagne Chavost
A growers’ collective founded in 1946, with organic vineyards and a dedicated range made without added sulphites.
THE GROWER
Founded in 1946 by the winegrowers of Chavot-Courcourt, Champagne Chavost carries the village’s ancestral name. Shared effort, solidarity and attachment to the land remain central to this collective project. Its five hectares of vineyards have been organic since the 2023 harvest.
Alongside its traditional range, Chavost has developed “Et sans sulfites ajoutés !”, a range made without added sulphites. The decision builds on careful control of the winemaking process and the growers’ commitment to the environment and grape quality. The two ranges offer different expressions of the same collective work, rooted in the village and its Champagne vineyards.
